San Diego, CA – Beal Racing, a 300mph NHRA nitro funny car team, signs MAHLE Aftermarket Inc. and its MAHLE and Clevite brands, to a sponsorship deal to become the official engine bearing and piston ring supplier of Beal Racing in 2016.
“When we build our 10,000 horsepower motors using MAHLE Original piston rings and Clevite engine bearings, we are always confident that we are utilizing the highest quality components available,” stated Chuck Beal. “MAHLE has been a household name in the automotive industry for decades and we are excited to have their support this season.”
MAHLE Original piston rings and Clevite engine bearings will be used in the Beal Racing nitro funny car during every pass of the 2016 season. Beal Racing will compete in 8 races on the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series this season starting in Houston, TX April 29-May 1.
